Yousef Taalab is an Architect with a background in large-scale infrastructure, exhibition, and design projects. As an Architectural Engineer and Production Coordinator at Sharjah Architecture Triennial (SAT), he supports the planning and delivery of complex events and exhibitions, including editions of the Sharjah Architecture Triennial and the Sharjah Biennial by Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF). His role combines architectural design with production expertise, coordinating workflows, managing logistics, and ensuring that creative visions are executed to a high standard within time and budget constraints.

He began his career with the Engineering Authority of the Egyptian Armed Forces, where he worked on military infrastructure projects. This early foundation instilled a methodical, structured approach to design and project coordination, which continues to shape his practice today.

Yousef’s work bridges the gap between conceptual design and practical realization. He is particularly interested in developing practical, cost-effective solutions that preserve design integrity while addressing the realities of materials, timelines, and resources.
