Fermín Guerrero is a Senior Graphic Designer at Sharjah Architecture Triennial. Born in Uruguay, he has practiced as a graphic and typeface designer for several years. After he completed his bachelor's degree in industrial design in 2010, he moved to Switzerland to study Visual Communication at the Haute École d'Art et de Design (HEAD), Geneva, where he received his BA summa cum laude. He subsequently went on to complete a master's degree in Typeface Design at the University of Reading, UK, for which he received a distinction in 2015. He has worked on a wide range of projects across different disciplines and has won several prestigious prizes and commissions, with his work featured in the most relevant design publications.
