Sahil Abdul Latheef
Sahil Abdul Latheef is an architect and educator currently serving as the Manager of Public Programming at the Sharjah Architecture Triennial. His career spans London, Mumbai, and Singapore, with a strong focus on urban research in Mumbai and Dubai. For over fifteen years, Sahil has also been actively engaged in architectural education, working as a visiting design tutor, critic, and lecturer at various institutes in India and the UAE. A passionate traveller, he has led numerous architectural and cultural field trips to cities along the historic Silk Route, both overland and maritime. In 2017, he co-founded Three Flaneurs, a design collective that explores architecture through travel. The collective organises public design events and curates immersive tours of notable architectural and urban spaces, bridging the gap between theory and practice while fostering a deeper appreciation of design across diverse cultural landscapes.
