Pankaj Joshi (Member, SoEA) is a Conservation Architect having worked on numerous heritage conservation, urban planning, and architecture projects. He studied at the Academy of Architecture (GD Arch), Mumbai, and the University of York (MA), UK. He is a founding trustee of Society for Environment and Architecture, Urban Centre Trust, and founder-partner of Pankaj Joshi Consultants. He has served as a member of the MMR-Heritage Conservation Society, SAVE Forum, and Charles Correa Foundation. Pankaj initiated several urban research programs and the annual Mumbai Reader as Executive Director of the Urban Design Research Institute.
